DSWD SFP, matagumpay ang pagsisimula sa General Santos City

General Santos City — Matagumpay na isinagawa ngayong Agosto 17, 2026 ang inauguration na pinangunahan ng lokal na pamahalaan ng General Santos City sa pagkikipagtulungan sa Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Supplementary Feeding Program (SFP) sa Dadiangas West Elementary School, General Santos City.

May kabuuang 9,055 batang benepisyaryo ang target na mapagsilbihan sa General Santos City, bahagi ng 95,000 target beneficiaries sa buong SOCCSKSARGEN Region. Ang programa ay patuloy na isinusulong sa pamamagitan ng pagtutulungan ng DSWD at mga lokal na pamahalaan upang makatulong sa pagtugon at pagsugpo sa malnutrisyon.

Bahagi ng implementasyon ng SFP ang pamamahagi ng mga food commodities na gagamitin sa feeding activities. Nagpaabot naman ng pasasalamat ang lokal na pamahalaan sa patuloy na suporta ng DSWD at sa mga programang nakatutulong sa kapakanan at nutrisyon ng mga bata at komunidad.

DSWD programs conduct exit conference with Regional Director Cabaya

Koronadal City – The Social Pension Program for Indigent Senior Citizens (SPISC) and the Supplementary Feeding Program (SFP) of the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Central Office conducted an exit conference with DSWD Field Office XII Regional Director Loreto Jr. V. Cabaya following their field program monitoring activities in the region.

The exit conference served as an avenue to present and discuss the accomplishments of the two programs, as well as key observations, issues, concerns, and recommendations gathered during the monitoring activities.

The discussion also highlighted the field office’s coordination and partnership with Local Government Units (LGUs) in ensuring the effective and efficient implementation of SPISC and SFP, particularly in the delivery of services and assistance to program beneficiaries.

The activity further strengthened the collaboration between the DSWD Central Office and Field Office XII in addressing implementation concerns and ensuring that both programs continue to provide responsive and meaningful services to the communities they serve.

Koronadal City, South Cotabato— Tiniyak ng Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Field Office XII, katuwang ang kinatawan ng Supplementary Feeding Program (SFP) Central Office, ang pagsunod sa pamantayan sa kalinisan, kaligtasan, at maayos na paghahanda ng pagkain at pagpapatupad ng programa sa San Lorenzo Ruiz Child Development Center (CDC) sa Koronadal City.

Sa isinagawang monitoring, nakita ang maayos at malinis na kondisyon ng pasilidad, kabilang ang lugar na ginagamit sa paghahanda ng pagkain. Naobserbahan din ang aktibong pakikilahok ng mga magulang at mga namamahala sa CDC sa pagpapanatili ng kalinisan at maayos na paghahanda ng pagkain para sa mga batang benepisyaryo.

DSWD SFP, binigyang halaga ang masigla at malulusog na batang benepisyaryo

South Cotabato — Isinagawa ng Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Field Office XII, katuwang ang Supplementary Feeding Program (SFP) Central Office personnel, ang monitoring sa National Child Development Center sa Surallah at Rural Child Development Center sa Sto. Niño, South Cotabato.

Sa isinagawang monitoring, nakita ang maayos na implementasyon ng programa at ang masigla at malulusog na mga batang benepisyaryo na patuloy na bahagi ng programang supplementary feeding.

DSWD SFP Central Office conducts on-site monitoring of goods delivery in Polomolok

Polomolok, South Cotabato – The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Supplementary Feeding Program (SFP) Central Office conducted an on-site monitoring of the actual delivery and implementation of the feeding program in Polomolok, South Cotabato.

The monitoring activity was led by SFP Central Office personnel Alexander Mari E. Cena, PDO II, and Marinella R. Comelon, PDO II, together with DSWD Field Office XII Protective Services Division Chief Nanig C. Sanoy, SWO V, and SFP Focal Person Jea Girl R. Malacad, ND III. Representatives from the Local Government Unit of Polomolok and the Provincial Government of South Cotabato also participated in the activity.

The on-site monitoring aimed to assess the actual delivery of food supplies and commodities and ensure that these meet the required quality and program standards. It also provided an opportunity to identify concerns and strengthen coordination among DSWD, the local government, and other stakeholders involved in the implementation of the SFP.

DSWD SFP Central Office Strengthens Coordination with DSWD FO XII and South Cotabato Province

Koronadal City, South Cotabato – The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Central Office, through its Supplementary Feeding Program (SFP), strengthened its coordination with DSWD Field Office XII and the Provincial Social Welfare and Development Office (PSWDO) of South Cotabato through a courtesy call with Regional Director Loreto Jr. V. Cabaya.

The Central Office delegation, composed of personnel from the Protective Services Bureau, particularly those handling the SFP, engaged with the Regional Director to discuss program implementation, operational concerns, and strategies to further improve the delivery of the feeding program across the SOCCSKSARGEN Region.

The meeting also served as a platform to strengthen collaboration among the DSWD Central Office, DSWD Field Office XII, and the PSWDO of South Cotabato in addressing program concerns and ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of services to intended beneficiaries.

Through strengthened coordination and continued partnership among national and local stakeholders, the DSWD remains committed to enhancing the implementation of the Supplementary Feeding Program and ensuring that children in the region receive nutritious food and responsive social protection services.

Batang Nutri-Care: Nutrisyon at Kalinga para sa Bawat Batang Pilipino

Sa pagtatapos ng Nutrition Month, patuloy na isinusulong ng DSWD Protective Services Bureau ang mga serbisyong pangnutrisyon para sa mga batang Pilipino sa pamamagitan ng Supplementary Feeding Program (SFP) Batang Nutri-Care.

Layunin ng programa na mapabuti ang kalagayang pangnutrisyon ng mga batang edad 2–5 taong gulang sa mga Child Development Centers sa pamamagitan ng pagbibigay ng masustansyang pagkain, gatas at case management para sa mga batang undernourished.

Panoorin ang video at alamin kung paano pinalalakas ng SFP Batang Nutri-Care ang kalinga at nutrisyon ng ating mga chikiting.

TINGNAN: Patuloy na minomonitor ng Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Field Office XII ang paghahatid ng mga suplay para sa Supplementary Feeding Program (SFP) sa bayan ng T'boli bilang bahagi ng tuloy-tuloy na implementasyon ng programa sa Lalawigan ng South Cotabato. Ang lalawigan ay may kabuuang 20,274 target na batang benepisyaryo na kabilang sa mga Child Development Centers (CDCs) at Supervised Neighborhood Play (SNP).

Sa kasalukuyan, nasa ika-29 na araw na ng aktuwal na implementasyon ng programa. Bagumbayan, Sultan Kudarat – Bilang bahagi ng patuloy na pagpapalakas ng implementasyon ng Supplementary Feeding Program (SFP), personal na binisita at minonitor ng Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Field Office XII ang pamamahagi ng mga food commodities sa Bayan ng Bagumbayan upang matiyak ang napapanahon, maayos, at dekalidad na distribusyon ng mga suplay para sa feeding program.

Sa pakikipagtulungan ng Pamahalaang Panlalawigan ng Sultan Kudarat at ng lokal na supplier, pinangunahan nina Protective Services Division Chief Nanig C. Sanoy, SWO V, at SFP Focal Person Jea Girl R. Malacad, ND III ang pagmomonitor sa pamamahagi ng mga suplay sa mga Child Development Workers (CDWs). Ang mga naturang suplay ay gagamitin sa implementasyon ng feeding program sa mga Child Development Centers (CDCs) at Supervised Neighborhood Play (SNP) sa bayan.

May kabuuang 91 Child Development Centers at Supervised Neighborhood Play sa Bayan ng Bagumbayan. Kabilang sa mga ipinamahaging food commodities ang preskong karne, sariwang gulay, itlog, at iba pang alternative food products na naaayon sa itinakdang pamantayan ng Department of Science and Technology–Food and Nutrition Research Institute (DOST-FNRI), upang matiyak ang ligtas, dekalidad, at masustansiyang pagkain para sa mga batang benepisyaryo.

TINGNAN: Maaga pa lamang ay nakaantabay na para sa pagtanggap ng mga suplay ang mga Child Development Workers ng Bayan ng Lake Sebu para sa implementasyon ng Supplementary Feeding Program ng DSWD Field Office XII. Ang mga suplay na ito ay para sa 37 Child Development Centers (CDCs) at 64 Supervised Neighborhood Play (SNP)sa nasabing bayan.

Kabilang sa mga ipinamahaging suplay ang mga sariwang gulay, karne, isda, at iba pang sangkap na gagamitin sa paghahanda ng masustansyang pagkain para sa mga bata. Kasama rin ang sariwang gatas para sa implementasyon ng Milk Feeding Program.

Tinitiyak ng DSWD Field Office XII, sa pakikipagtulungan sa Pamahalaang Panlalawigan ng South Cotabato, ang maayos na pamamahagi at pagpapanatili ng kalidad ng mga suplay upang maging matagumpay ang implementasyon ng programa. Sa bawat masustansyang pagkain na naihahain, binibigyang-halaga ang kalusugan at wastong nutrisyon ng bawat bata, sapagkat sa DSWD, walang batang maiiwan.
