𝗙𝗼𝗿𝗺𝘂𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱/𝗼𝗿 𝗨𝗽𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗳 𝗕𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮𝘆 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗻

Pursuant to DILG Memorandum Circular 2021-087 and 2026-030, all barangays are reminded to formulate and/or update their respective Barangay Development Plans (BDPs) and Barangay Development Investment Programs (BDIPs), with the following general planning considerations:

1. Integration of sectoral and thematic concerns in the BDP;
2. Participation of the barangay residents and other stakeholders;
3. Alignment of BDPs to the comprehensive development plans (CDPs) of cities/municipalities; and
4. Collaboration and coordination between and among barangays.
