The Allah Valley Landscape Development Alliance was able to facilitate the access Plant Now Pay Later or PNPL Program of the Provincial Government of South Cotabato.

With the facilitation of Mr. Louie Pacardo, Project Officer - SC, 17 beneficiaries in Brgy. Puti, Norala, South Cotabato have been approved of the request for PNPL Program. There were 7,930 high-valued crops and fruit-bearing tree seedlings released last July 7 at the Provincial Demo Farm and Nursery, Cambudian, Banga.

In South Cotabato, residents of Brgy. Lamba, Banga and Brgy. Puti, Norala are the focal beneficiaries of AVLDA-RURM Program. The program is envisioned to ring back the forests in these upland areas by giving priority to planting indigenous trees while supporting the livelihood of the farmer beneficiaries.

The Plant Now Pay Later is one of the alliance's initiatives in sustaining its Rainforestation and Upstream Management Program. RURM is a response to the alarming thinning of forest cover in the watershed and incessant clearing of forest areas for settlement development and agricultural production in the Allah Valley area.
