With the theme "Matatag na pabahay, Maunlad na pamayanan, Tungo sa Bagong Pilipinas," the National Housing Authority (NHA) Region XII Office, under the leadership of Regional Manager Engr. Zenaida M. Cabiles, successfully conducted a series of activities from July 28โ30, 2026, in celebration of the Agency's 51หขแต Anniversary.
The three-day celebration commenced with a ๐๐ก๐๐ง๐ค๐ฌ๐ ๐ข๐ฏ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐๐๐ฌ๐ฌ, a solemn expression of gratitude for the Agency's continued blessings, remarkable accomplishments and 51 years of dedicated public service. The Mass held at the NHA Region XII Office Lobby was officiated by Rev. Vicente Gabut of the Congregation of Passionists.
Following the Thanksgiving Mass, a ๐๐๐ซ๐๐ฆ๐จ๐ง๐ข๐๐ฅ ๐๐ฎ๐ซ๐ง-๐จ๐ฏ๐๐ซ ๐จ๐ ๐๐จ๐ฆ๐ฆ๐ฎ๐ง๐ข๐ญ๐ฒ ๐๐๐ซ๐๐๐ง ๐๐ง๐ฉ๐ฎ๐ญ๐ฌ ๐๐ง๐ ๐๐จ๐จ๐ฅ๐ฌ was conducted, in partnership with the Department of Agriculture (DA) Region XII. The items received shall be distributed to the housing beneficiaries of Luvimin Village Housing Project in Kidapawan City, as NHAโs commitment to promoting food security, encouraging community participation and fostering sustainable communities. Supervising Agriculturist Rey S. Domingo and key DA XII personnel formally turned-over the agricultural inputs and tools on behalf of DA XII Regional Executive Director, Dr. John B. Pascual.
The celebration also featured the ๐๐ฐ๐๐ซ๐๐ข๐ง๐ ๐จ๐ ๐๐ซ๐ข๐ ๐ข๐ง๐๐ฅ ๐๐ซ๐๐ง๐ฌ๐๐๐ซ ๐๐๐ซ๐ญ๐ข๐๐ข๐๐๐ญ๐๐ฌ ๐จ๐ ๐๐ข๐ญ๐ฅ๐ (๐๐๐๐ฌ) to four (4) fully paid awardees and two (2) Killed-in-Action (KIA) beneficiaries.
Recognizing the importance of employee well-being and strengthen as well mental health awareness and resilience in the workplace, NHA Region XII personnel participated in the ๐๐ง๐ฅ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐๐๐ฆ๐ข๐ง๐๐ซ ๐จ๐ง ๐๐ฌ๐ฒ๐๐ก๐จ๐ฌ๐จ๐๐ข๐๐ฅ ๐๐ฎ๐ฉ๐ฉ๐จ๐ซ๐ญ ๐๐ง๐ ๐๐ฌ๐ฒ๐๐ก๐จ๐ฅ๐จ๐ ๐ข๐๐๐ฅ ๐
๐ข๐ซ๐ฌ๐ญ ๐๐ข๐. The seminar was conducted by the NHA Human Resource Management Department (HRMD), with Mr. Carlo P. Carlon, Guidance Services Specialist III, as the subject matter expert.
To promote teamwork and camaraderie, NHA XII Regional and District Office employees also took part in a ๐๐ฉ๐จ๐ซ๐ญ๐ฌ๐๐๐ฌ๐ญ featuring volleyball and pickleball competitions held in Koronadal City and Kidapawan City.
The celebration concluded with NHA Region XII's participation in the ๐๐จ๐ง๐ญ๐ก๐ฅ๐ฒ ๐๐ฅ๐๐๐ง-๐ฎ๐ฉ ๐๐ซ๐ข๐ฏ๐ at the Prime Regional Center, Koronadal City, led by the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG), in support of the National Nutrition Month Celebration.
