ππππ π | The Provincial Development Council β Institutional Development Committee (PDCβIDC) held its CY 2026 1st Quarter Meeting on February 24, 2026 at the PDC Hall, Provincial Capitol, Koronadal City.
The committee discussed key priorities on Revenue Generation and Treasury Management; Fiscal Management (Budgeting, Internal Audit, and Accounting); and Procurement and Property Management β reinforcing strategies to promote transparency, accountability, and effective financial governance.
Other matters included the presentation of the PLANADOSE performance report by DHSUD XII, which provided updates on South Cotabatoβs compliance with development planning standards. The Committee also tackled DILG memorandums on the Institutionalization of the Open Government Partnership (OGP) and the rules against using public officialsβ names or images in government projects β a move to strengthen ethical governance and professionalism in public service.
