On August 17, 2026, the CKPPO, headed by Sr. PO/OIC Nolie E. Gentapanan, joined the 3rd MPOC and Municipal Task Force ELCAC Meeting in Tampakan, South Cotabato. During the meeting, the CKPPO presented a Plaque of Appreciation to Hon. Mayor Leonardo T. Escobillo as a gesture of gratitude for his continued support and assistance to the office and its probationers.

Internal Quality Audit (IQA) Result Affirms CKPPO
Readiness for 4th-Year ISO Certification

The City of Koronadal Parole and Probation Office (CKPPO) successfully completed its Internal Quality Audit (IQA) on August 4, 2026, affirming the office’s readiness for its upcoming Third-Party Audit for its fourth-year ISO certification renewal.
The Internal Quality Audit was conducted by Parole and Probation Administration Audit Team No. 21, headed by CPPO Marietta A. Sumaylo, with SPPO Haziel L. Artugue, SPPO Roxanne A. Bagnol, and Sr. PPO Jill S. Leonardo as members. The team arrived at the office at around 10:25 AM, accompanied by Regional Director Judea P. Asuncion.
The IQA marks the third year of internal auditing since CKPPO was first ISO-certified in 2023, as the office continues its pursuit of the fourth renewal of its ISO certification.
The audit proceeded smoothly, with CKPPO personnel readily assisting the auditors whenever needed. The activity was briefly interrupted when an aftershock occurred at around 12:19 PM. Despite the incident, the audit resumed and was completed at approximately 1:30 PM, followed by the conduct of the exit conference.
The results were highly commendable. The audit team officially recognized eight (8) Best Practices, with no Non-Conformities (NC), three (3) Opportunities for Improvement (OFI), and an impressive fifty-six (56) Conformities (C).
Among the Best Practices recognized was the office’s QR Code Reporting System (QRCRS)—an innovative initiative developed to provide clients with a smoother, more efficient, and accessible reporting process during their scheduled reporting days.
The results of the IQA demonstrate that CKPPO remains committed to quality, continuous improvement, and excellence in public service. The absence of any Non-Conformity (NC), together with the recognition of eight (8) Best Practices and fifty-six (56) Conformities, reflects the collective dedication and teamwork of the entire office.
The CKPPO Team is composed of Nolie E. Gentapanan, Abdulham G. Sambutuan, Joylen D. Parreño, Neal Jay Real P. Barrida, and Donna P. Eusala. The office also extends its appreciation to the five On-the-Job Trainees (OJTs) from the RMMC-MI Social Work Department for their valuable assistance and support.
The successful IQA is a testament to the commitment of every member of CKPPO toward sustaining quality service and achieving excellence. With teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement, CKPPO stands ready to face its upcoming Third-Party Audit and pursue another milestone in its ISO certification journey.

Today, April 8, 2026, the CKPPO Team conducted a Fire Prevention Orientation for probationers, with the participation of Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) officers.

The activity was witnessed by the Knights of Columbus and Pastor Dulay. A short inspirational message was also delivered by our Volunteer Probation Assistant (VPA), encouraging clients to stay committed to positive change.

As part of protocol, selected probationers also underwent random onsite drug testing to ensure compliance with probation conditions.

CKPPO continues to promote safety, discipline, and rehabilitation through strong community partnerships.

🌱 **𝘼 𝙉𝙚𝙬 𝘽𝙚𝙜𝙞𝙣𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜: 𝙇𝙀𝘼𝙋 𝙋𝙧𝙤𝙜𝙧𝙖𝙢 𝙊𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙇𝙖𝙪𝙣𝙘𝙝**

On this day, April 1, 2026, the City of Koronadal Parole and Probation Office proudly conducted the **first-ever Orientation and Launching of the Livelihood and Education Access Program (LEAP)** for its probationer clients.

This meaningful initiative aims to empower individuals under supervision by providing them with opportunities for sustainable livelihood and access to education—helping them rebuild their lives and reintegrate into the community with dignity and purpose.

The activity was further inspired by a heartfelt message from a guest speaker representing the Knights of Columbus, who shared words of encouragement, hope, and faith to all participants.

The office also extends its sincere appreciation to the Criminology students of Regency Polytechnic College who rendered their support as OJT interns, as well as the invited staff from the South Cotabato Parole and Probation Office for their presence and valuable contribution to the success of this event.

Together, we continue to promote rehabilitation, transformation, and second chances. 💙

𝗙𝗲𝗯𝗿𝘂𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝟭𝟲, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲
A Blood Letting Activity was successfully conducted at Barangay Zone III, highlighting the spirit of volunteerism and humanitarian service within the community. The activity was voluntarily participated in by probationer-clients of the City of Koronadal Parole and Probation Office, who, on their own initiative and without any form of compulsion, willingly donated blood as an expression of social responsibility, reform, and commitment to giving back to the community. Their participation reflects the rehabilitative goals of probation by fostering empathy, civic consciousness, and concern for the welfare of others.

The activity was likewise supported by the voluntary blood donation of graduating Criminology students from Regency Polytechnic College of Koronadal, whose involvement further strengthened the collective effort to help address the local demand for safe and adequate blood supply.

𝗙𝗘𝗕𝗥𝗨𝗔𝗥𝗬 𝗖𝗟𝗜𝗘𝗡𝗧 𝗥𝗘𝗣𝗢𝗥𝗧𝗜𝗡𝗚, 𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗠𝗨𝗡𝗜𝗧𝗬 𝗘𝗡𝗚𝗔𝗚𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧 & 𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗣𝗟𝗜𝗔𝗡𝗖𝗘 𝗔𝗖𝗧𝗜𝗩𝗜𝗧𝗜𝗘𝗦

During the first week of February, NDO clients reported as scheduled, followed by the second-week reporting of DO clients.

As part of our continuing commitment to community service and client reformation, clients actively participated in a community clean-up activity at Christ the King Cathedral, Koronadal, coupled with a pastoral and values-formation session led by Pastor Dulay.

In parallel, DO clients conducted their own community clean-up and awareness activities within their respective areas. To further reinforce accountability and adherence to probation conditions, several DO clients voluntarily underwent Rapid Random Drug Testing (RRDT). This initiative aims to promote sobriety, discipline, and responsibility in compliance with the conditions of their probation.

These activities reflect our clients’ continuous efforts toward personal development, social responsibility, and lawful living, while strengthening community partnership and public trust.

𝗛𝗶𝗻𝘂𝗴𝘆𝗮𝘄 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲: “𝗕𝗮𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗮 𝗔𝘁𝘁𝗮𝗰𝗸” 🗑️

CKPPO proudly kicked off its first activity for 2026 with the “Basura Attack”, a meaningful community initiative following the Hinugyaw Festival.

This activity brought together our probationer clients to actively participate in a simple yet impactful cleanup drive, collecting basura (trash) left behind after the festivities. Beyond tidying the streets, this activity teaches responsibility, discipline, and civic consciousness — core values we instill in our probationers as part of their rehabilitation journey.

By engaging in community service, our clients learn the importance of environmental care, teamwork, and giving back to the community, reinforcing their role as responsible and productive citizens.

A big salute to everyone who participated and helped make our streets cleaner and our community stronger. Let’s continue promoting environmental awareness and social responsibility in all our initiatives this year! 💚

Last December 10, 2025, the CKPPO Team successfully gathered for a meaningful Year-End Christmas Party with our drug-offender clients at Christ the King Cathedral, Koronadal.

The activity aimed to remind our clients that Christmas is a season of hope, renewal, and second chances. Through this simple celebration, they were encouraged to reflect on their journey, strengthen their commitment to reform, and feel supported by the community as they continue their rehabilitation and reintegration into society.

The assembly was further enriched by Pastor Dulay, who led an inspiring preaching filled with wisdom, guidance, and encouragement—uplifting hearts and reminding everyone of the importance of faith, discipline, and positive change.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who made this activity possible. May this celebration continue to inspire growth, accountability, and hope beyond the season. 🙏✨
