Gone Home ⚜️🕊️

It is with our greatest sadness and sympathy to the passing of our late La Carlota Scouting District Head, Sir Tracy Hiceta, ALT.

He was a father, mentor, and a friend to all of us, instilling the greatest ideals and values of scouting that made us what we are now. You may be gone but your legacy will forever remain in this organization, hoping and always moving forward.
