Today marks the 32nd Anniversary of the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA)!

On August 25, 1994, TESDA was formally established through Republic Act No. 7796, signed into law by then-President Fidel V. Ramos, paving the way for a stronger and more unified technical education and skills development system in the Philippines.

For 32 years, TESDA has continued to champion quality technical education and skills development, empowering Filipinos with globally competitive skills for decent work and a better future.

Through skills training, assessment, certification, and livelihood opportunities, TESDA continues to open doors, build careers, and transform lives in communities across the country.

Today, we celebrate not only 32 years of service, but also the millions of Filipinos whose lives have been transformed through skills and opportunities.

📢 OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT: DSWD EMERGENCY CASH TRANSFER (ECT) PAYOUT

The Municipality of La Castellana, in partnership with the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD), the Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office (MSWDO), and the Municipal Agriculture Office (MAO), announces the schedule for the Emergency Cash Transfer (ECT) payout.

This financial assistance is dedicated to our sugarcane farmers and farm owners whose livelihoods were affected by the Red Striped soft Scale Insect (RSSI).

🗓 Dates: August 26–27, 2026
📍 Venue: Municipal Public Plaza
👥 Total Beneficiaries: 4,785

- Two (2) photocopies of the ID with three (3) specimen signatures.
