The Local Youth Development Office (LYDO) and Sangguniang Kabataan Federation officially launched ๐ณ๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐ ๐ฒ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ under the theme, "๐ช๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ซ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐, ๐ผ๐๐๐๐๐
๐๐๐๐ ๐ท๐๐๐๐๐๐." The opening ceremony began with a warm Welcome Remarks from the Local Youth Development Officer Ms. Collette Castaรฑeda, followed by an inspiring message of support from our Concurrent MLGOO/Cluster Leader, LGOO VII Renalyn D. Iglesias, setting an empowering tone for the entire celebration.
The morning opened with a deeply meaningful seminar led by Ms. Ena Jane M. Manaligod, RPm, titled "Empowering minds, embracing diversity, and building resilient communities: A gender responsive approach to youth mental health." The session challenged stigmas, emphasized the value of inclusive support systems, and reminded everyone that taking care of mental health is a vital step toward community resilience.
By afternoon, the atmosphere shifted to pure creativity and friendly competition. La Pazeรฑo youth brought their absolute best to the Quiz Bee, Slogan Making, and Poster Making contests, filling the venue with sharp minds, vibrant artwork, and powerful messages of unity.
The excitement is far from over! Catch the energy tomorrow, August 27, at the Caramutan Evacuation Center starting at 5:00 PM for the ๐๐๐๐๐ญ๐๐๐ง ๐๐จ๐ญ ๐๐๐ฅ๐๐ง๐ญ & ๐๐๐ณ๐๐๐ซ ๐จ๐ ๐๐ซ๐๐๐ฆ๐ฌ to support our incredible local youth performers and young entrepreneurs!
