TIS athletes shine in zone meet 2026 despite weather challenges
Tawang Integrated School athletes displayed determination, sportsmanship, and excellence as they competed in the Zone Meet held on August 22, 2026, with Lubas Elementary School serving as the host school. Track events were conducted at the Wangal Sports Complex while the field events were held at Ambiong Elementary School.
Despite nearly three weeks of class suspension due to successive typhoons and the continuing unfavorable weather conditions, the Zone Meet pushed through, giving young athletes the opportunity to showcase their skills, discipline, and perseverance.
The school proudly celebrates the accomplishments of its athletes across various sporting events.

Behind the athletes' participation and success was the unwavering support of the school community. Their assistance provided athlete shirts, food, and transportation, helping ensure that the learners could participate despite the challenging circumstances.
