Motorists and residents can now pass through the Lubas-Ambiong Road as of 3 p.m. this afternoon of August 14, following the successful clearing and hauling operations at the area.

The municipality would like to thank the various personnel from the Benguet 1st District Engineering Office led by District Engineer Teofilo Ramirez, La Trinidad Municipal Police Station led by Lt. Col. Zacarias Dausen, the Barangay LGUs of Ambiong and Lubas, municipal LGU personnel, BFP-La Trinidad, and Wangwang and Kim Joy water refilling stations both from barangay Ambiong who joined the binnadang efforts to clear out the landslide debris at the area.

Everyone is advised to pass through with caution while traversing the area, as rocks may fall anytime with the ongoing monsoon rains.

Stay alert and keep safe everyone.
