The Municipal Treasury Office facilitated the release of TUPAD salaries, ensuring an orderly, efficient, and transparent payout process for all beneficiaries.

📢 REAL PROPERTY TAX AMNESTY PROGRAM

The Municipality of La Trinidad is granting an amnesty on penalties, surcharges, and interests on delinquent Real Property Taxes covering the Second Quarter of 2024 and prior years, pursuant to Section 30 of Republic Act No. 12001, otherwise known as the Real Property Valuation and Assessment Reform Act (RPVARA).

This is an opportunity for property owners to settle outstanding real property tax obligations without the burden of accumulated penalties.

📅 Deadline for Availment: July 5, 2026
