To fast-track the documentation and registration of landholdings under the Support for Parcelization of Land for Individual Titling (SPLIT) Project in Benguet, the Department of Agrarian Reform Provincial Office (DARPO)โBenguet conducted a Data Cleansing Workshop cm Meeting and review of Individual Land Distribution Folders (ILDF) on February 4, 2026, in La Trinidad, Benguet.
The meeting focused on the assessment of SPLIT accomplishment and review of the status of field-validated landholdings, providing valuable insights into ongoing efforts to ensure the accuracy and compliance of land documentation under the SPLIT Project.
The meeting also identified landholdings to be prioritized for redocumentation, including those that could not be parcelized due to prevailing circumstances. Corresponding strategies and solutions were likewise discussed for each remaining landholding to facilitate faster registration within the year.
The activity convened key officials of DAR Benguet and SPLIT personnel, led by OIC Provincial Agrarian Reform Program Officer II Lailani Cortez, together with the Chief of Legal Division, Atty. Teresa Sebiano-Domingo, Outgoing and Incoming Head of Land Tenure Services, Ms. Saria Gapla-ew and Rodolfo Agustin, the Parcelization Component Coordinator, Ms. May Rose Barroga, Legal Officer for the Redocumentation Completion Team, Atty. Juancho Miguel Lising, and other key personnel of the SPLIT Project in Benguet.
This activity is among the DARPO Benguetโs continuing initiatives to strengthen transparency, coordination, and teamwork in achieving the objectives of the SPLIT Project.
