ZAMBOANGA CITY — The Zamboanga Peninsula is once again gearing up for one of the region’s biggest trade and investment events as the 𝟏𝟐𝐭𝐡 𝐙𝐚𝐦𝐛𝐨𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐚 𝐏𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐬𝐮𝐥𝐚 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 (𝐙𝐀𝐌𝐏𝐄𝐗) 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 takes center stage on 𝐎𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟕–𝟏𝟏, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔, at the 𝟓𝐭𝐡 𝐅𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐫, 𝐊𝐂𝐂 𝐌𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐝𝐞 𝐙𝐚𝐦𝐛𝐨𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐚, 𝐙𝐚𝐦𝐛𝐨𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐚 𝐂𝐢𝐭𝐲.
Organized by the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) Region IX, this year’s ZAMPEX carries the theme “Evolve, Expand, and Excel,” reflecting the continuing drive to empower micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) to adapt to changing markets, expand their opportunities, and achieve greater business growth.
As the annual regional trade exposition of DTI IX, ZAMPEX 2026 will provide a strategic platform for MSMEs to expand market access, establish business linkages, and promote their products and enterprises to a wider audience.
More than a trade fair, ZAMPEX also brings together local government units (LGUs) from across the Zamboanga Peninsula, providing them with an opportunity to showcase the unique identity and strengths of their respective localities. Provincial and local pavilions are expected to feature a diverse display of local products, tourism destinations, investment opportunities, cultural heritage, and local talents.
Through ZAMPEX 2026, DTI Region IX continues to strengthen collaboration among government agencies, LGUs, entrepreneurs, industry stakeholders, and communities in advancing inclusive economic development throughout the region.
With the theme “Evolve, Expand, and Excel,” ZAMPEX 2026 is expected to once again become a vibrant celebration of innovation, entrepreneurship, culture, and regional pride, while opening more opportunities for local enterprises to grow and connect with wider markets.
