On September 5, 2026, at 11:00 AM onwards, personnel of , CN 2nd PMFC, conducted Oplan Bandillo regarding the Unified 911 Emergency Hotline and PNP Hotline Number at Brgy. Bagong Silang I, Sta. Elena, Camarines Norte.

The activity aimed to strengthen police visibility, promote crime prevention, and enhance public awareness on emergency hotlines, thereby helping deter the commission of crimes and promote a safer community.
