📢 BARANGAY GUISICAN SK EDUCATIONAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM 2026
The Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Guisican is now accepting applications for the Educational Assistance Program 2026. This program aims to provide educational support to qualified youth residents of Barangay Guisican in accordance with the approved SK programs and guidelines.
📌 Eligibility
✅ Resident of Barangay Guisican
✅ 15 to 30 years old
✅ Currently enrolled or admitted to enroll for School Year 2026–2027
📄 Documentary Requirements
Certificate of Enrollment (COE) or Certificate of Registration (COR)
Valid Student ID or any Valid Government-Issued ID
Certificate of Indigency
🎓 For College Students on Semester Break
Applicants who are not yet enrolled for the upcoming semester may submit:
Previous Certificate of Enrollment (COE) or Certificate of Registration (COR); and
A Letter of Undertaking signed by the applicant and parent/guardian stating that the applicant will enroll for School Year 2026–2027.
The updated COE or COR for the current school year must be submitted after enrollment.

🎉 RELEASE OF EDUCATIONAL ASSISTANCE & KK ASSEMBLY
🗓 Date: July 12, 2026 (Sunday)
🕗 Time: Starting at 8:00 AM
📍 Venue: 2nd Floor, Evacuation Center, Barangay Guisican, Labo, Camarines Norte
The Katipunan ng Kabataan (KK) Assembly will be conducted on the same day.
We strongly encourage all youth residents of Barangay Guisican aged 15–30 to attend, especially all applicants and beneficiaries of the SK Educational Assistance Program.
The KK Assembly serves as the official gathering of the Katipunan ng Kabataan where the Sangguniang Kabataan presents its accomplishments, financial updates, upcoming programs, and discusses matters affecting the youth of our barangay.
📋 Attendance will be recorded as part of the official KK Assembly documentation. We encourage everyone to participate actively and be informed about the programs and initiatives of the Sangguniang Kabataan.

Submission of requirements does not automatically guarantee approval.
Applications will be evaluated based on the approved guidelines, eligibility requirements, and the availability of funds.
Approved beneficiaries are advised to bring a valid ID on the day of the release for verification purposes.
