In lieu of face-to-face classes, learners will shift to an Alternative Learning Mode to ensure the continuity of learning while prioritizing their safety and well-being.

Learners are advised to coordinate with their respective schools and teachers regarding the learning activities and instructions to be undertaken through the appropriate alternative learning modality.

The Provincial Government of Abra, through Abra Provincial Hospital, in partnership with Smile Asia, will conduct the International Friendship Medical Mission at Abra Provincial Hospital, Bangued, Abra.

Mission Dates:

* Pre-Screening: September 28 to October 2, 2026
* Screening: October 9, 2026
* Surgery: October 10 to 12, 2026

Services: Free medical evaluation and surgery for Cleft Lip and Cleft Palate

IMPORTANT: The earlier registration covered several conditions. Due to changes in the participating medical mission partners, this mission will now cater exclusively to Cleft Lip and Cleft Palate cases.

Those who previously registered for other conditions will unfortunately not be accommodated for this mission. If you registered for Cleft Lip or Cleft Palate, please re-register using the updated form below.
