This educational assistance is sponsored by Senator Rodante Dizon Marcoleta, through the initiative of the Sangguniang Kabataan Provincial Federation of Ifugao , under the leadership of Hon. Lance Siegfred H. Inhumang, and the Office of the Vice Governor of Ifugao, under the leadership of Hon. Martin L. Habawel Jr.
๐ DISTRIBUTION OF THE 100 SLOTS
The 100 additional slots have been equally divided between the two offices, with 50 slots each, to provide opportunities to more deserving Ifugao students:

๐WHO MAY APPLY?
Students who meet the following qualifications may apply:
โข Originally from Ifugao, even if currently studying outside the province;
โข Currently enrolled in a recognized college or university;
โข Meet the eligibility requirements of the Tulong Dunong Program (TDP); and
โข Have not been included in any previously awarded or allocated TDP slots.
๐ REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
Applicants must prepare and submit the following:
1. Signed TDP Application Form โ 2026 Version
2. Certificate of Registration/Enrollment (COR/COE) for the 1st Semester, AY 2026โ2027
3. Certificate of Indigency issued by the Punong Barangay of the applicantโs place of residence
โ ๏ธ IMPORTANT REMINDERS
โข Applicants must not be receiving any other scholarship or educational assistance, such as TES, TDP, TEAP, NCIP, DOST, or other similar programs.
โข Students who are overstaying in college are not qualified to apply.
โข Students who have already applied through the Congressmanโs post or have been included in the previously allocated TDP slots do not need to submit their requirements again.
