On August 1, 2025, The Municipal Population office conducted a seminar on Mental Health and Healthy Lifestyle to the grade 10 students of Cudog National High School with the theme: "Understanding and Addressing teenage Pregnancy Issues" in response to the Adolescent Health Development Program of the Provincial Population Office in line with the Provincial Ordinance Teen Pregnancy Reduction Program Ordinance of the Province of Ifugao.
This program aims to integrate Health Care Service and raise Mental Health Awareness among children and youths during their puberty and adolescent stage. Through activities like IEC, trainings, workshops, and seminars, this program helps in strengthening our children and the youths in partnership with the MSWDO, MHO and MPS.

Those who have plans to tie the knots you must complete the mandatory requirements first as followed;
I. CENOMAR- CERTIFICATE OF NO MARRIAGE
-Issued by PSA
- This is to make sure that your future partner in life is yours and yours alone.

II. LIVE BIRTH CERTIFICATE
- Issued by PSA
- This is also to make sure that the person you are going to marry is someone who is who he/ she said he/she is.

III. CERTIFICATE OF TREE PLANTING
-Issued by your respective Barangay
- Couples are required to plant a tree in their respective Barangays to help with the rehabilitation of our Planet.

IV. CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE/ PMC
- Pre-Marriage Orientation and Counselling
- Couples are required to undergo a 4 hours counselling from the MPO, MHO,MSWDO and MAO as their guide in their Marriage.

V. 10 days Post by the LCR

A single mother is not an incomplete family, but a strong women showing her child that they can thrive even in the toughest of times.
The Municipal Population office headed by Ms Imelda M. Cabbigat were glad to attend the " Municipal Solo Parent Day Cum General Assembly" held at LCS gymnasium Lagawe Ifugao.
One of the exited part of the program is the Fashion show in Neo- Ethnic and Creative Attire were Ms Darise A. Taguiam from our office is one of the Board of Judges. The participants from the different barangays were able to showcase their creativity and self-confidence as an empowered solo parents.
