Sa paggunita natin sa Araw ng Kagitingan, muli nating sariwain ang katapangan at sakripisyo ng ating mga bayani na nagbigay-daan sa ating kalayaan. Ngunit higit pa sa nakaraan, ang tunay na kagitingan ay nasa bawat isa sa atin—sa ating pagbangon sa gitna ng pagsubok at sa pagtulong sa kapwa nang walang pag-aalinlangan.

Nawa’y maging inspirasyon natin sila upang patuloy na maging bayani sa sarili nating paraan araw-araw. Manatiling matatag, manatiling tapat, at patuloy na maging inspirasyon para sa ating bayan.

Ipinapaalam sa publiko na ang Pamahalaang Bayan ng Lagayan, Abra ay nagpatupad ng Executive Order No. 36 Series of 2026 alinsunod sa Memorandum Circular No. 114, S. 2026, Adopting the energy conservation bilang bahagi ng mga hakbang sa energy conservation sa mga tanggapan ng pamahalaan.
Kaugnay nito, ipatutupad ang Compressed 4-Day Work Week sa mga opisina ng munisipyo:

📅 Lunes hanggang Huwebes

Ang nasabing iskedyul ay hindi saklaw ang mga tanggapan na nagbibigay ng tuloy-tuloy na serbisyo, tulad ng RHU, MDRRMO, DSWD, TOURISM at iba pang frontline services, alinsunod sa Executive Order No. 10.
Ang hakbang na ito ay naglalayong makatipid sa enerhiya habang patuloy na naihahatid ang maayos at epektibong serbisyo sa mamamayan.
