The Regional Training Center Misamis Oriental (RTCMO) represented by ENS BILLY JOEL M DURAN PCG together with the Supply Accountable Officer of Coast Guard District Northern Mindanao (CGDNM), and other Officers from CGDNM conducted an Opening of Bids for Unserviceable Equipment, held on 09 July 2026 at CGDNM Conference Room.

The activity was presided by CAPT MARLON S AVELIS PCG, Deputy Commander, CGDNM. Joining them to serve as independent observers and to ensure strict adherence to procurement process are the representatives from the Commission on Audit (COA) and the Supply Accountable Officer (SAO) of CGDNM. Present to submit their respective proposals and witness the opening of documents are the authorized bidders, namely Mr. Leo Lagrimas, as well as Mr. and Mrs. Mitchel.
