As part of the 𝗟𝗮𝗴𝘂𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗻 𝗠𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗻, the proposed Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) envisions a more connected, accessible, and sustainable community where transportation, economic activity, housing, and public spaces come together.

The goal is to create a people-centered and well-connected Laguindingan—where residents and visitors can move efficiently, businesses can thrive, and communities can grow in a planned and sustainable way.

Through integrated land use and transportation planning, TOD can help transform key areas into centers of mobility, commerce, investment, and community life.
