The 2026 Municipal Science and Technology Fair was held on August 22, 2026, at Catayauan Elementary School, Lal-lo Central District, anchored on the theme, โ๐ข๐ฌ๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ท๐ฌ๐ฎ, ๐ฃ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ฑ๐ท๐ธ๐ต๐ธ๐ฐ๐ ๐ช๐ท๐ญ ๐๐ท๐ท๐ธ๐ฟ๐ช๐ฝ๐ฒ๐ธ๐ท: ๐๐ป๐ฒ๐ญ๐ฐ๐ฒ๐ท๐ฐ ๐๐ท๐ธ๐๐ต๐ฎ๐ญ๐ฐ๐ฎ ๐ฝ๐ธ ๐ก๐ฎ๐ช๐ต ๐ฆ๐ธ๐ป๐ต๐ญ ๐ข๐ธ๐ต๐พ๐ฝ๐ฒ๐ธ๐ท๐ผ ๐ฏ๐ธ๐ป ๐ข๐พ๐ผ๐ฝ๐ช๐ฒ๐ท๐ช๐ซ๐ต๐ฎ ๐๐ธ๐ถ๐ถ๐พ๐ท๐ฒ๐ฝ๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ผ.โ
The one-day activity brought together young innovators and science enthusiasts from the three districts of Lal-loโLal-lo North, Lal-lo Central, and Lal-lo Southโin a celebration of scientific curiosity, creativity, innovation, and technological excellence, providing learners with an avenue to demonstrate their knowledge and skills through various science and technology-related competitions.
The program began with the Nationalism led by Ma'am Femie Urbina, Teacher III of Cagoran ES, followed by a Prayer led by Ma'am Haydee Sinco, Teacher III of SMES.
Dr. Fampito Combate, Principal IV and District In-Charge of Lal-lo Central District, delivered the Words of Welcome, followed by an intermission number presented by the Catayauan Elementary School Dance Troupe.
The Presentation of Participants was led by Ma'am Lilybeth Dela Cruz, Teacher III and Science Coordinator of Binag ES, while Sir Renie Marantan, PhD, Principal III of San Juan ES and District Science Coordinator of Lal-lo North District, delivered the Statement of Purpose.
The Introduction of the Judges was facilitated by Ma'am Lorena Sucbot, Master Teacher I of Bagumbayan Central School, followed by the Reading of Guidelines and Criteria for Judging by Sir Victor Oรฑate, Principal I of Lalafugan ES and District Science Coordinator of Lal-lo South District.
A message from Municipal Mayor Hon. Florence Oliver Pascual, ably represented by Sir Florante โPongโ Paat, Executive Assistant of the Office of the Mayor, was also delivered, inspiring the participants to pursue excellence and harness science, technology, and innovation in addressing real-world challenges.
Adding energy and enthusiasm to the program was the fabulous hosting of Sir Christian Agcaoili, Teacher III of Paranum ES, who skillfully facilitated the proceedings and kept the program engaging and lively.
The program concluded with the Acknowledgement delivered by Ma'am Clarissa Mendoza, Teacher-In-Charge of Paranum ES and District Science Coordinator of Lal-lo Central District, leading to the much-anticipated Contest Proper.
The fair served as a meaningful platform for learners to showcase their scientific knowledge, creativity, critical thinking, and innovative ideas, highlighting the vital role of science and technology in developing practical solutions and building more sustainable communities.
