🌱🌳 Tree Growing Activity | 443rd Aggao Nac Cagayan Celebration 🌳🌱

As part of the celebration of the 443rd Aggao Nac Cagayan, we joined hands in a meaningful Tree Growing Activity to promote environmental sustainability and leave a lasting legacy for future generations.

Together with our Hon. Governor Edgar “Egay” Aglipay, Provincial Heads, PNRE Officer Atty. Leonard M. Beltran, Local Officials, Employees of Sub- Capitol ,Volunteers, and Community Partners, MENR Officer Lilia M. Carillo, MENRO staff, at Bangag Sub- Capitol, Lal-lo, Cagayan, participants planted Kawayan (Bamboo) that symbolize growth, unity, and our shared commitment to protecting and preserving our environment.

🌿🌎 Environment Day and Environment Month Celebration 2026 🌎🌿

In support of this year’s theme, “Urgent Need for Climate Action and Our Environment, Our Future,” LGU employees, representatives from CENRO Aparri, Barangay Officials, and volunteers of Barangay San Mariano came together in a tree-planting and clean-up drive to demonstrate our shared commitment to protecting and preserving the environment.

Through the planting of mango seedlings and community clean-up activities, we are taking meaningful steps toward building a greener, healthier, and more sustainable future for generations to come.

Thank you to everyone who participated and contributed their time, effort, and dedication. Together, we can make a lasting difference—one tree, one clean community, and one environmental action at a time.
