AGE CUT OFF:
➡️ KINDERGARTEN
Children five (5) years old on or before
October 31, 2026
➡️GRADE I
KIndergarten graduates in SY 2025-2026

REQUIREMENTS:
⚫ KINDERGARTEN
- PSA Birth Certificate (photocopy)
If you don't have a birth certificate
the following is okay:
Baptismal Certificate
⚫ GRADE I, BALIK-ARAL & TRANSFEREE
- PSA Birth Certificate (photocopy)
- Report Card-from the last grade
