✨ “Be a hero save lives without wearing a cape.” ✨

📣 PAALALA PO:
Sa Monday na po ang ating Bloodletting Activity! Hinihikayat po namin ang lahat na makiisa at mag-donate ng dugo upang makatulong sa mga nangangailangan. 💖

✅ QUALIFICATIONS:
✔️ 18–60 years old
✔️ 52 kg and above
✔️ Walang sakit (ubo, sipon, lagnat)
✔️ Kung may tattoo/piercing, dapat 1 year na
❌ PAALALA BAGO MAG-DONATE:
🚫 Iwasan ang puyat
🚫 Bawal uminom ng alak (24 hrs before)
🚫 Iwasan ang matatabang pagkain
🚫 Huwag mag heavy exercise
✅ DAPAT GAWIN:
✔️ Kumain ng healthy food
✔️ Uminom ng maraming tubig
✔️ Magpahinga ng maayos
