The Basilan District Engineering Office successfully conducted a Turn-Over Ceremony led by our District Engineer, Engr. Kasim A. Hasanin, together with the MPW Section Chiefs and MPW Staff. The event was graced by the Vice Mayor of Lantawan, Brgy. Captain, Municipal Engr, and the constituents.
