Part IV: 68th Graduation Exercises

The 68th Graduation Exercises featured an inspiring message from the guest speaker, Ma'am Joana Ann T. Bimmactad, who encouraged the completers and graduates to always remember the acronym PLANS:

“To the graduates and completers:
Plan for your future,
Listen to your parents,
Always seek the guidance of the Lord,
Never give up, and you will be
Successful someday.”

The activity highlighted the solemn processional rites and the recognition of the graduates’ academic achievements. The graduating class, composed of 12 females and 8 males, was honored for their perseverance and accomplishments throughout their academic journey.

The second part of the program began with an inspirational message from Ma’am Cynthia D Siguay, PTA President, who extended her congratulations to the parents for their unwavering support to their children. She emphasized the importance of continuous guidance, stating, “Nu kasanu ti panangsubabay yo kadagiti annak yo iti Kinder to Grade 6, kasjay met kuma ti panangsubaybay yo no mapan da iti high school agingga a marpas da iti K to 12.”

The Holy Mass, celebrated by Reverend Father Harry Gawongna during the graduation and moving-up ceremony, was a heartfelt occasion of gratitude for the blessings bestowed upon our school. Attended by supportive parents, students, school personnel, and the community, the theme, "Filipino Graduates: Prepared to Lead with Competence and Character," resonated deeply. Our school expresses sincere thanks to Father Gawongna for granting our request for this meaningful celebration, and we look forward to further collaborations in the future. The send-off ceremony for the IFSU Pre-Service teachers stationed at Panopdopan Integrated School was an event initiated by all organizational officers, spearheaded by the Supreme Secondary Learner Goverment (SSLG) and the Supreme Elementary Learner Government (SELG), with the permission of the School Head. This partnership has been a blessing, fostering a culture of reciprocal learning. In appreciation, student representatives expressed their gratitude through tokens, cards, and heartfelt messages to the pre-service teachers and vice-versa. The event highlighted the hope that the collaboration between IFSU and P*S will continue to thrive for the benefit of all learners.

P*S Celebrates Dedication and Service through Year-End Recognition and Pre-Service Teacher Send-Off

March 26, 2026 — Panopdopan Integrated School (P*S) held a double celebration recognizing the dedication of its faculty and staff, alongside the successful completion of the pre-service teaching program.

🏆 Service Year-End Recognition
The recognition program spearheaded by Ma’am Jennifer L. Dulnuan, the school head, underscored the commitment and service of every member of the school community in fulfilling their roles as P*S educators. Personalized and well-deserved awards were presented to the teaching and non-teaching personnel, as well as the pre-service teachers.

The ceremony was followed by heartfelt messages of appreciation and reflection, as awardees shared insights on their professional growth, experiences throughout the school year, and proposed actions for the upcoming school year.

đź‘‹ Sending Off Future Educators
After five months of immersive practice at P*S, eight pre-service teachers from Ifugao State University – Lamut Campus were formally sent off in recognition of their dedication and valuable contributions. Faculty members extended words of guidance and gratitude. In their response, the pre-service teachers shared their insights and appreciation to P*S for the opportunity for them to actively participate in the multifaceted responsibilities of educators—ranging from lesson preparation and classroom management to involvement in school activities such as cooking, decorating, counseling, and completing administrative tasks.

The program also featured the presentation of tokens of appreciation from the school and cooperating teachers, symbolizing gratitude for the interns’ service.

The event concluded with a deep sense of pride and optimism, as P*S looks forward to the continued growth of its personnel and the promising journeys of its departing pre-service teachers. #

P*S Conducts PTA Assembly and SOSA(State of the School Address)

Panopdopan Integrated School successfully conducted its 4th General PTA Assembly and State of the School Address on March 25, 2026 highlighting the collective efforts and accomplishments of the school and its stakeholders.

The program formally opened with a prayer led by Ma’am Joema C. Dag-o followed by the singing of the Philippine National Anthem led by Ma’am Betty Binohlan.

One of the highlights of the assembly was the presentation of PTA accomplishments delivered by Ma’am Cynthia Siguay, the PTA President. She proudly reported the completion of several school improvement projects, including pavement concreting, ground levelling, canal lining, school fencing, and the installation of the “I ♥️ P*S” signage. In her message, she expressed sincere gratitude to the parents, PTA officers, and stakeholders for their wholehearted support, emphasizing that these achievements were made possible through strong collaboration and shared commitment.

This was followed by the State of the School Address (SOSA) presented by the School Head, Ma’am Jennifer L. Dulnuan. She provided a comprehensive report of the school’s performance from June 2025 to March 2026, including enrollment data, learners’ achievements, participation in various competitions, and both in-school and external activities.

Furthermore, Ma’am Dulnuan elaborated on the results of key academic assessments such as Reading, Phil-IRI, and RMA. She underscored significant initiatives including reading intervention programs, the ARAL Program, and various culminating activities conducted throughout the school year. Additional highlights included performance indicators, attendance during PTA and HPTA assemblies, school physical improvements, stakeholder partnerships, challenges encountered, and strategic plans for academic and infrastructure development for School Year 2026–2027.

In her closing message, Ma’am Dulnuan encouraged unity and shared responsibility among stakeholders followed by a call for continued collaboration within the community stating, "Ragragsaken tayu nga nagannak, parentes, teachers, ken community nga tumulung iti school tayu."

After the SOSA was the awarding of certificates of recognition to stakeholders.The school head awarded individual certificates to the PTA officers in recognition of their support to the school,as well as to the BLGU through Kag.Juliet L.Dupingay as the BLGU representative.Spot awards were also given to the Grade 10 Class and Kindergarten Class for achieving the Highest Parent Attendance during honeroom meetings across all quarters.In addition,Mrs.Nelly Bannawol was recognized as the Most Active and Supportive Parent,as unanimously recommended by the teachers based on the presented rubrics.

The assembly reflected the school’s strong partnership with its stakeholders and its commitment to improving both academic and physical learning environments. #

March 19, 2026, following the proper inspection by the Commission on Audit (COA), Governor Gerry Dalipog authorized the distribution of useful parts from the old hospital building in Panopdopan District to selected agencies, including P*S. This initiative received support from Barangay Captain Rexter G. Guina-ob and was facilitated by the valuable suggestion of former Barangay Captain Gabriel Tuguinay, thank you very much Sir🥰. The school's principal Madam Jennifer L Dulnuan joyfully signed for and received the items witnessed by barangay officials & officers.
