The Tribal Affairs & Development Office under the Office of the Municipal Mayor TRIAD Office-LGU Lanuza marks a new milestone as we've successfully celebrated the 26th IPRA Commemoration and conducted a Symposium on IPRA Law with NCIP Caraga Regional Legal Officer Attorney Fritzie Lynne Sumando as a chief guest and resource speaker.

The Tribal Affairs & Development Office and staff along with the Municipal Indigenous Political Structure (IPS), and the Manobo and Mamanwa ICCs/IPs of Barangay Pakwan, Sitio Bibe-an, Sitio Catupgas, Sitio Himatagan, Sitio Ibuan, Sitio Lambonao, and Sitio Libas would like to extend their gratitude to Attorney Sumando for strengthening the self-governance, for adding knowledge, and for enlightening our minds by imparting her valuable insights and expertise op IPRA Law.

We would like to thank the Office of the Municipal Mayor headed by Municipal Mayor, Hon. Marvin T. Azarcon, for always supporting the activities of TRIAD Office.

To our Municipal IPMR Datu Dawog Romel , thank you for being with us in every step of the way to assure the success of this activity.

We would also like to extend our gratitude to the Office of the Sangguniang Bayan headed by Hon. CharlynL. Literato, to the heads of office of LGU Lanuza, to NCIP Surigao del Sur Provincial Officer Engr. Charlyn G. Binghoy, MPA, to NCIP Cantilan CDO-III Sir Christopher Aying, to our partners from the 36th Infantry ''VALOR" Battalion, Philippine Army represented by Capt. Reyzander K. Ga, CMO Officer, and 1LT Allan Pait, Charlie Company Commanding Officer, for supporting and celebrating the 26th IPRA Commemoration with us, and to Sir "Dodong" Alfredo E Toring for despite being unable to attend celebrated with us thru his message thru Municipal IPMR Dawog.

The Tribal Affairs and Development Office headed by the Section Head Ma'am Lochie O. Azarcon under the Office of the Municipal Mayor Hon. Marvin T. Azarcon is committed to providing heartfelt services for the welfare and the development of the Indigenous Cultural Communities and the Indigenous People of the Municipality of Lanuza, Surigao del Sur thru the dedication and transparency of its staff and the unending support of the Local Government Unit of the Municipality of Lanuza.

In line with its commitment, the staff of the Tribal Affairs and Development Office TRIAD Office-LGU Lanuza attended the two-day Free, Prior, and Informed Consent (FPIC) and Information, Education, and Communication Campaign (IEC) of the Project Caraga to the IPs of Sitio Lambonao, Brgy. Zone II, Lanuza, Surigao del Sur from August 2, 2023 to August 3, 2023.

“Healthy Diet Gawing Affordable For All!”

In celebration of the 49th. Nutrition Month, the Tribal Affairs and Development Office TRIAD Office-LGU Lanuza under the Office of the Municipal Mayor of Lanuza Hon. Marvin T. Azarcon conducted a supplementary feeding program for the IPs children at the ICC Barangay Pakwan, Lanuza Surigao del Sur in July 26th 2023.

Feeding more than a hundred children and the overall success of this program was made possible with the assistance of the Philippine Army 36th IB 4ID Delta Coy. headed by CPL. ALBERT A AUTOR (INF) PA, the Barangay Health Workers, the Barangay Nutrition Scholars, and of course the adorable Manobo IPs children of Barangay Pakwan, Lanuza, Surigao del Sur.
