Through interagency collaboration, essential government assistance continues to reach our communities across Ilocos Norte, extending support to solo parents, market helpers, farmers, construction workers, out-of-school youth, and college students from Laoag City.

Under the leadership of Congressman Sandro, a total of 2,962 beneficiaries from Laoag City received financial assistance amounting to ₱8,886,000.00. The activity equipped the beneficiaries with the knowledge, responsibilities, and standards of professionalism expected of individuals entering government service.

The Office of the Presidential Assistant for Northern Luzon (OPANL), in partnership with the Office of Congressman Sandro Marcos, the Municipality of Bangui, Ilocos Norte Environment and Natural Resources Office (ENRO), and the Zonta Club of Ilocos Norte, will conduct a Coastal Clean-Up and Tree-Growing Activity on August 18, 2026, at 6:00 AM in Brgy. Baruyen, Bangui.

The Office of the Presidential Assistant for Northern Luzon (OPANL), in partnership with the Office of Congressman Sandro Marcos, the Municipality of Vintar, Philippine Red Cross Ilocos Norte, and the Zonta Club of Ilocos Norte, will conduct a Bloodletting Activity on August 15, 2026, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM at the Vintar Auditorium.
