Through interagency collaboration, essential government assistance continues to reach our communities across Ilocos Norte, extending support to solo parents, market helpers, farmers, construction workers, out-of-school youth, and college students from Laoag City.

Under the leadership of Congressman Sandro, a total of 2,962 beneficiaries from Laoag City received financial assistance amounting to ₱8,886,000.00. This reflects his steadfast commitment to responsive, inclusive, and people-centered governance, strengthening government service delivery and creating greater opportunities for the people of Ilocos Norte. ✌🏻

A total of 92 Government Internship Program (GIP) beneficiaries participated in the GIP Orientation as they prepare for their deployment to various National Government Agencies (NGAs) and partner institutions. The activity equipped the beneficiaries with the knowledge, responsibilities, and standards of professionalism expected of individuals entering government service.

Through the continued leadership and support of Congressman Sandro Marcos, initiatives that provide employment opportunities, strengthen the capabilities of the youth, and promote meaningful engagement in public service remain a priority. Through the initiative of Congressman Sandro Marcos, in coordination with the Department of Agriculture (DA), various agricultural seeds, seedlings, livestock support, and farm equipment were distributed to farmers’ associations, irrigators’ associations, cooperatives, and tribal organizations across Ilocos Norte.

Coastal Clean-Up & Tree-Growing Activity

The Office of the Presidential Assistant for Northern Luzon (OPANL), in partnership with the Office of Congressman Sandro Marcos, the Municipality of Bangui, Ilocos Norte Environment and Natural Resources Office (ENRO), and the Zonta Club of Ilocos Norte, will conduct a Coastal Clean-Up and Tree-Growing Activity on August 18, 2026, at 6:00 AM in Brgy. Baruyen, Bangui.

This collaborative initiative highlights the shared commitment of government and civic organizations to protect our coastal communities, preserve the environment, and promote responsible environmental stewardship for future generations.

The Office of the Presidential Assistant for Northern Luzon (OPANL), in partnership with the Office of Congressman Sandro Marcos, the Municipality of Vintar, Philippine Red Cross Ilocos Norte, and the Zonta Club of Ilocos Norte, will conduct a Bloodletting Activity on August 15, 2026, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM at the Vintar Auditorium.

This collaborative initiative reflects the continuing commitment of government institutions and community partners to support public health efforts and strengthen programs that promote blood donation and community health services.

Through the collective efforts of the participating agencies and volunteers, the activity aims to help maintain the availability of safe blood for individuals who may require transfusion during medical treatment and emergency situations.
