The (2) Barangay 28 SK Officials together with the other youth leaders of the City of Laoag participated and attended the activity, namely 𝐂𝐚𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐭𝐲-𝐛𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝙎𝙖𝙣𝙜𝙜𝙪𝙣𝙞𝙖𝙣𝙜 𝙆𝙖𝙗𝙖𝙩𝙖𝙖𝙣 (𝐒𝐊) 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬
“𝐄𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐊 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐚𝐬 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐬" on June 26, 2026 which focused on troubleshooting real world problems that needs to be addressed. This activity was facilitated by the partners from PSA.

SK officials and youth leaders should not only be leaders by name but also be the catalyst for an action to the youth. 🚀
