Please be informed that the 2026 Lakad/Takbo sa Komunidad Tungo sa Pagkakaisa, originally scheduled on July 17, 2026, has been rescheduled to July 19, 2026 (Sunday) due to important matters that require our immediate attention.

📍 Venue: In front of Laoag City Hall

🌈 Building an Inclusive Laoag City, One Step at a Time! 🌈

Join us as we celebrate the 48th National Disability Rights Week with a series of meaningful activities that promote equal opportunities, accessibility, empowerment, and inclusion for all persons with disabilities.

This year's celebration carries the theme:

"Rights First, Legislation Forward – Strategic Action for Equal Participation and Inclusive Development"

From trainings, medical missions, talent showcases, seminars, and our much-awaited Lakad/Takbo sa Komunidad Tungo sa Pagkakaisa on July 17, 2026, let us come together to champion the rights, dignity, and full participation of every person with disability.

The Laoag City Federation of Persons with Disability Organization is so deeply sorry for the loss of your mother. No words can truly ease the pain you are feeling right now, but please know that you are not alone. Your mother was a wonderful person whose love, strength, and kindness will always live on in you.
Hold on to the beautiful memories you shared the laughter, the guidance, and the unconditional love she gave. Those moments will forever be a part of who you are.
In this time of sorrow, may you find comfort in the love of family and friends, and strength in knowing how much your mother cherished you. She may be gone from sight, but her love will always remain in your heart.
