Governor Cecilia Araneta-Marcos attended the premiere presentation of IBARRA… NGAYON at the Ilocandia Cultural Center in Batac City, marking a new chapter for theater and the performing arts in Ilocos Norte.

The Governor expressed her support for bringing more theater productions to the Province and creating opportunities for Filipino stories and local artists to take the stage.
