𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗱! The Raniag Asenso Agtutubo Scholarship Program is now official through City Ordinance No. 13SP-2026-046.

This program institutionalizes a sustainable framework to support our students—promoting community leadership, academic excellence, and strengthening the vital sectors of agriculture and fisheries. With an annual appropriation of ₱12,000,000.00, we are ensuring that quality higher education remains accessible to deserving and economically disadvantaged Laoagueño students.

Proudly sponsored by yours truly as Chairperson of the Committee on Education and Culture, with the support of the City Mayor, Hon. James Bryan Q. Alcid, the 13th Sangguniang Panlungsod, and all departments, most especially to the Local Youth Development Office.
