The Office of the City Civil Registrar is pleased to announce the official implementation of our Queuing System, effective July 1, 2026.
To ensure a smooth and organized client experience, a two-week dry run was conducted to test and improve the system. With your cooperation and our team's continuous efforts, we are now fully implementing the queuing system to provide a more efficient and orderly process.

Clients are requested to obtain a queue number upon arrival and wait for their turn before proceeding to the designated personnel for their follow-up or transaction.

We appreciate your patience, understanding, and cooperation as we continue to enhance our public service.

The Office of the City Civil Registrar (OCCR) of Laoag City extends its sincere appreciation to the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) Ilocos Norte for its technical assistance in the installation and initial setup of the Philippine Civil Registry Information System (PhilCRIS) workstation.

This initiative is a significant step toward improving the efficiency, accuracy, and quality of civil registration services.
