Barangay Assembly 2026

Theme: "Nagkakaisang Barangay Tungo sa Kalinisan, Kaayusan, Kapayapaan at Kaunlaran.”

We are thrilled to announce that our recently concluded Barangay Assembly held on March 21, 2026 was a resounding success, with over hundred registered attendees joining us at the Brgy. Hall Ground here in Guilaoangi.

This assembly was designed to bring our community together to discuss key barangay matters, share updates on ongoing projects, and gather valuable feedback from each of you. We covered critical topics including the implementation of our waste management program, the progress of our livelihood assistance initiatives, updates on peace and order efforts, and plans for upgrading our barangay facilities.

The event was made possible through the hard work of our barangay officials, volunteers, and the active participation of our residents. We were especially encouraged by the meaningful questions, suggestions, and collaborative ideas shared during open forum sessions – proving that when our community unites, we can achieve great things for our barangay.

Moving forward, we will be taking all your input into consideration as we finalize our action plans for the coming months, and we look forward to keeping you updated every step of the way.

Barangay Guilaoangi officials' headed by our Punong Barangay Emeliano A. Laguitan, joined the Motorcade Parade around the Municipality of Laoang, Northern Samar, in participation in the 2026 Fire Prevention Month Celebration, the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) is conducting a nationwide campaign this March with the theme "Obligasyon sa Bayan para sa Ligtas na Pamayanan" (Nation's Obligation for a Safe Community).
