Validation of Poor and Near-Poor Households

The City Social Welfare and Development Office (CSWDO), Lapu-Lapu City Government informs the public that the masterlist of potential beneficiaries for the UPLIFT Assistance Program – Poor and Near-Poor Households has already been forwarded to all Barangay Offices.

If you believe you are a potential beneficiary, please visit your respective Barangay Hall to verify whether your name is included in the masterlist and to know your assigned validation schedule.

Attention Brgy. Maribago:

Ang City Social Welfare and Development Office (CSWDO) mopahigayon ug validation alang sa mga Potential Beneficiaries sa Uplift Assistance Program for the mainland barangays. Ang maong validation karong August 06, 2026 (Thursday) sa alas 7:00A.M. - 4:00 P.M. adto sa Basket Ball Court 1, Poblacion Lapu-Lapu City.

Please see the attached list contains the names of the potential beneficiaries scheduled for validation and please bring (1) valid government-issued identification card (preferably National ID) for verification purposes.
