Integrated into MOA between PCA and TESDA collaborative project under the Coconut Farmers and Industry Plan (CFIDP) is a free scholarship program for all interested Out-of-School Youth (OSY), sons and daughters of coconut farmers in Northern Samar. Today the Las Navas Agro-Industrial School (LNAIS) is doing exactly just that with training regulation on "Agricultural Crop Production NC Ii" that spans over 29 days, live-in training program.. The 25 enrollees will be taught with basic and core competencies to prep them for the actual hands-on application and assessment towards the end of the program..

On November 4, 2022, an Orientation and Induction program was held at LNAIS to welcome the enrollees. It was conducted by the training staff of LNAIS led by Ms. Yolanda Pajenado, the school administrator. Also graced during the said induction were Engr Reynato Dubongco, the Provincial Manager of PCA Norrhern Samar and Engr. Zosimo de Asis of TESDA Northern Samar.
