Yesterday, we held the Community-Based Finance Coaching for the ACT and MCT staffs under the KALAHI CIDSS — Philippine Multi-Sectoral Nutrition Program (PMNP).

This activity aimed to strengthen the financial management skills, enhance transparency and accountability, and equip everyone with practical tools to manage project funds effectively.

Kudos to everyone who participated! We learned more about managing finances and proper reporting to help us do better in our work.

As we start our Early Procurement Activities in the barangays, our Area/Municipal Coordinating Team(A/MCT) are working hard to make sure everyone is ready!

The goal is simple: ensure the A/MCT has the right knowledge to assist our community volunteers in a smooth and honest community based procurement process.
