The program formally commenced with welcome remarks from ๐ท๐ฌ๐บ๐ถ ๐ป๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ด๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ด๐. ๐ต๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ด. ๐ด๐๐๐๐๐๐, ๐ซ.๐ท.๐จ. He emphasized that the program is not only an opportunity for students to earn income, but also a platform to develop discipline, skills, and valuable work experience for their future careers. The participants were encouraged to remain hardworking and dedicated, as they are future professionals and leaders who can contribute to their community's development.

Meanwhile, ๐ด๐. ๐ท๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐จ๐๐ ๐ฎ๐๐๐๐, ๐ณ๐ฌ๐ถ ๐ฐ๐ฐ๐ฐ, discussed General Labor Standards (GLS) and Occupational Safety and Health Standards (OSHS), giving the students valuable insights into their workplace rights and responsibilities.
The Special Program for Employment of Students (SPES) is a flagship program of the Department of Labor and Employment designed to provide temporary job opportunities to qualified students aged 15 to 30 who experience financial difficulties in supporting their education and daily needs.
Through the program, students are able to earn income, gain valuable work experience, and continue their studies at the same time.
