On August 30, 2026, at 12:15 PM, members of Squad 2 gathered for their Weekly Interactive Meeting (SWIM) under the leadership of PCMS Ezer P Perualila, Squad Leader.

The session centered on the verse Psalm 28:7 “The Lord is my strength and my shield; my heart trusts in him, and he helps me.”

As police officers, we face different challenges, pressures, and risks in the performance of our duties. There are times when we may feel tired or discouraged, but our faith reminds us to remain strong, calm, and committed to our responsibility.

May we always trust God for guidance and protection as we serve our community. Let our actions reflect integrity, courage, compassion, and dedication, knowing that our duty is not only to enforce the law but also to protect lives, maintain peace, and serve with honor. Personnel of the Laua-an Municipal Police Station, under the supervision of PCPT JOMEL M. SALARDA, Officer-in-Charge, conducted Oplan Bandillo through mobile patrolling within the municipality of Laua-an, Antique.

The activity aimed to strengthen police visibility and promote crime prevention by disseminating safety reminders to residents and motorists.
Personnel reminded the public to safeguard their belongings, remain vigilant against theft, burglary, and illegal drug activities, and promptly report suspicious persons or activities to the police.

Weather-related safety tips were likewise disseminated, encouraging everyone to stay updated on official weather advisories and exercise caution while travelling, thereby promoting public safety and community preparedness.

Personnel of the Laua-an Municipal Police Station, under the supervision of PCPT JOMEL M SALARDA, OIC, conducted a foot patrol and distribution of anti-criminality flyers and UNIFIED 911 calling card as part of the station's continuing crime prevention and public safety campaign at Poblacion, Laua-an, Antique.

The activity was conducted to strengthen police visibility, promote public awareness on safety and crime prevention, and reinforce the partnership between the police and the community in maintaining a safe, peaceful, and orderly learning environment.

The initiative promotes road safety, peace and order, vigilance against misinformation, and respect for the rule of law—strengthening the partnership between the police and the community for a safer, peaceful, and orderly Laua-an.
