Q: I wasn't able to retain or update my points last September 2025. Can I still do it now?
A: YES. Whether you applied in April or September previously, you are eligible/allowed.

Q: Do I need to submit "Annex C" for retention or updating?
A: NO. Annex C is not required for this process.

Q: I lost my Individual Evaluation Sheet (IES). Can I ask for a copy?
A: The IES is the document you photographed after your points were encoded during the Comparative Assessment. If you no longer have a copy:
✅ You may attach the email notification previously sent to you regarding your application.
✅ Attach whatever relevant proof is available.
✅ If absolutely no record exists, you may opt not to submit the IES.

The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) Northern Samar Provincial Statistical Office calls for the attention of applicants in the conduct of January 2026 Labor Force Survey and 2025 Family Income and Expenditure Survey Visit 2 (FIES V2) with the following qualifications:

𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗿

• Preferably at least Senior High School graduate
• Familiarity with android tablet and desktop computer functionality
• Preferably with work experience with PSA censuses/surveys
• Physical readiness for fieldwork responsibilities
• With good moral character
• Willingness to work anywhere in the province of Northern Samar
• For female applicants: Must not be pregnant

Applicants are required to submit the following:

1. Application letter
2. Notarized and fully accomplished Personal Data Sheet (CS Form 212) with recent ID picture; and
3. Photocopy of Transcript of Records (TOR) or Diploma or Certification of Highest grade completed/year completed.
