1. Voting will open on November 22, 2025 at 6:00 PM and will close on November 24, 2025 at 6:00 PM.
2. Only “likes”, “love”, and “wow” on the official post for each poster count as valid votes.
3. Comments or reactions beyond “likes”, “love”, and “wow” (such as care, sad, etc.) are encouraged but will not be counted in the final tally.
4. Duplicate or bot-generated likes will be disqualified to ensure genuine engagement.
5. The committee will monitor the activity for irregularities, such as the use of bots or third-party services to increase likes.
6. In case of suspicious activity, the tribe will be given a warning, and repeated offenses may lead to disqualification from the “Most-Liked Picture” award.
7. The poster with the highest number of valid likes by the end of the voting period will win the “Most-Liked Picture” award.
8. In case of a tie, a panel of judges from the committee may decide based on the image quality, creativity, and relevance to the film’s theme.

Typhoon (KALMAEGI) has slightly intensified and is moving closer to the Visayas.
Leganes and parts of Iloilo are now under TCWS No. 3, bringing the threat of storm-force winds (up to 117 km/h), heavy rains, and possible flooding starting tonight until tomorrow.

Residents are advised to stay indoors, avoid coastal areas, and prepare for power interruptions.
