LOOK I 2nd Quarter Nationwide Simultaneous Earthquake Drill

Personnel of Regional Finance Unit -5 led by PLTCOL WILFREDO L VELAYO, JR, Acting Chief, RFU-5 actively participated in the 2nd Quarter Nationwide Simultaneous Earthquake Drill (NSED) held at Police Regional Office 5, Camp BGen Simeon A Ola, Legazpi City.

The successful conduct of the drill highlight's RFU-5's commitment to fostering a culture of preparedness, resilience and responsiveness, ensuring the safety and well-being of its personnel and the community during emergencies and disaster situations.

𝗟𝗢𝗢𝗞 | The Regional Finance Unit – 5 proudly marks another milestone with the official turnover of the donated Pay and Allowances Notification for PNP Personnel Financial Status Application (PNPFS App), attended by PCOL ALEJANDREA G SILVIO, Deputy Director for Administration; NUP DIVINIA G. PARTOSA, Deputy Director for Financial Management; PCOL RICKY P DELELIS, Acting Chief of Staff; PCOL RANDOLF B BENIAT, Chief, Financial Information Management Division; other Division Chiefs; PLTCOL WILFREDO L VELAYO, JR, Acting Chief, RFU-5 and Mr. Jasper M. Buenaventura, Developer of the PNPFS App held at PNP Finance Service Conference Room, Camp BGen Rafael T Crame, Quezon City.

The PNPFS App is an innovative digital platform designed to provide real-time payroll notifications and finance-related announcements to PNP personnel nationwide. Originally conceptualized by RFU-5 under the leadership of PLTCOL WILFREDO L VELAYO, JR, Acting Chief, RFU-5, and further developed through the collaborative efforts of the Technical Working Group under the guidance of PBGEN MARLOU ROY V ALZATE, Director, PNP Finance Service.

May this initiative continue to empower PNP personnel and serve as a valuable tool in promoting excellence, transparency, and service-oriented governance within the Philippine National Police.
