📢 Oath Taking and Deputization of City and Barangay Enforcers

On June 17, 2026, the Oath Taking and Deputization of City and Barangay Enforcers was conducted to strengthen the implementation of local ordinances, public safety, and community order within the City of Legazpi.

Representing Barangay 4 Sagpon was 𝙆𝙜𝙙. 𝙍𝙤𝙨𝙖𝙡𝙞𝙣 𝘼𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙜𝙤 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙄𝙧𝙚𝙣𝙚 𝙀𝙫𝙚𝙡𝙮𝙣 𝙁𝙧𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙞𝙨𝙘𝙤 𝙖𝙨 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙊𝙛𝙛𝙞𝙘𝙞𝙖𝙡 𝘽𝙖𝙧𝙖𝙣𝙜𝙖𝙮 𝙀𝙣𝙛𝙤𝙧𝙘𝙚𝙧. Through this deputization, barangay enforcers are further empowered to effectively carry out their duties in maintaining peace, order, and discipline in the barangay.

🌿 1st Breathe Free Legazpi: Smoke-Free Congress 2026 🌿

Barangay 4 Sagpon participated in the 1st Breathe Free Legazpi: Smoke-Free Congress 2026 held on June 17, 2026, a significant initiative promoting awareness on the harmful effects of smoking and advocating for a healthier, smoke-free community.

Representing the barangay were Kgd. Cherie P. Delgado, Committee on Health; Ms. Helen A. Aringo, Barangay Health Worker (BHW); and Mr. Filomeno Mendones II, Member of the Albay Task Force Bantay Kalinigan.

Together, let us continue supporting programs that promote public health, environmental protection, and a smoke-free future for all.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Mothers & Fathers Class Activity

On June 17, 2026, Barangays 3 and 4 jointly conducted the Mothers & Fathers Class at Barangay 3 EM's Barrio, Legazpi City, with the theme, “Wastong kaalaman ng magulang para sa kanilang malusog at protektadong sanggol.”

In line with Father's Month, the activity highlighted the vital role of both mothers and fathers in supporting the health, safety, and well-being of their children.

As part of its commitment to promoting public safety and responsible citizenship, Barangay 4 Sagpon successfully conducted a 𝗥𝗼𝗮𝗱 𝗦𝗮𝗳𝗲𝘁𝘆 𝗟𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗼𝗻 𝗝𝘂𝗻𝗲 𝟭𝟭, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, 𝗶𝗻 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗣𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗲 (𝗣𝗡𝗣).

The activity focused on the importance of complying with traffic laws and regulations, responsible road use, and raising public awareness of the corresponding cases, penalties, and legal consequences that may be imposed on individuals who violate them. Through this lecture, participants gained valuable knowledge that can help foster a culture of discipline, accountability, and safety on our roads.

Barangay 4 Sagpon proudly marks the successful conduct of the 𝐏𝐔𝐑𝐎𝐊𝐀𝐋𝐔𝐒𝐔𝐆𝐀𝐍 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦, 𝐌𝐌𝐌𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 & 𝗗𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗠𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 held on 𝐉𝐮𝐧𝐞 𝟏𝟏, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔, a significant undertaking aimed at promoting preventive healthcare and ensuring that essential health services reach every member of our community.

The activity featured𝙝𝙤𝙪𝙨𝙚-𝙩𝙤-𝙝𝙤𝙪𝙨𝙚 𝙝𝙚𝙖𝙡𝙩𝙝 𝙘𝙤𝙣𝙨𝙪𝙡𝙩𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨 and assessments, allowing healthcare workers to personally monitor the health status of residents and provide appropriate medical advice. In addition, free medical and dental services were made available onsite to further address the healthcare needs of the community.
