𝗜𝗡 𝗣𝗛𝗢𝗧𝗢𝗦 | 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗟𝗶𝗳𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗟𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗻... 🫂💜

Throughout the month, we opened spaces for conversations, listened with care, and distributed ribbons as a small but meaningful symbol of our support for su***de prevention.

Each ribbon became a reminder that someone cares, someone is willing to listen, and someone is willing to stay with you.

But as September comes to a close, the conversation does not have to end here.

𝗦𝘂𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 is not only a month-long campaign. It lives in the conversations we choose to have, the people we choose to check on, and the moments when we choose to listen without judgment.

A ribbon may be small, but the message it carries is something worth carrying beyond this month: you matter, you are not alone, and there will always be a reason to keep reaching out.

The lifeline never truly closes as long as we are there for one another...

Every entry reminded us that a meal is never simply about what is placed on the table. It is about the people gathered around it— the love that binds them, the care found in every serving, and the joy of having a moment to simply be together.

The officers revisited the progress of upcoming engagements, coordinated necessary preparations, and discussed relevant updates to help ensure the smooth implementation of the organization’s planned activities.

With stronger partnerships and a shared commitment, SAGE-BUCE continues to transform ideas into initiatives that foster equality, inclusion, and lasting change.

The 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗔𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗘𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 - 𝗕𝗶𝗰𝗼𝗹 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 (𝗦𝗔𝗚𝗘-𝗕𝗨𝗖𝗘), in coordination with the BUCE Gender and Development (GAD), conducted its Gender Sensitivity Orientation for Seniors 2026 via Zoom Meeting, bringing together 4th Year CEnians and SAGE Officers for a meaningful discussion on gender and social awareness.

The orientation featured two sessions: 𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲 (discussed by Mx. Jed Emmanuel Marmol) and 𝗦𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗲𝘀 (discussed by Mr. Ven Vincent Velasco), providing participants with insights that are relevant as they begin engaging with diverse school communities for their upcoming deployment.

Beyond preparing them for the professional environment, the orientation served as an opportunity for future teachers to reflect on how awareness, respect, and inclusivity shape the spaces they will help create in their own classrooms and schools.

Through insightful discussions and shared learning, we are reminded that respect begins with awareness.

Every voice matters, every identity is valid, and every person deserves dignity. 🤝💜
