• Bring back the basics of leadership through leaders with credibility, integrity and who are service-oriented.
• Promote transparency and participative governance by involving the students in the PLANNING, IMPLEMENTATION, MONIT
ORING and EVALUATION of USC activities.
• Strengthen the link between the campuses of Bicol University, so that every unit may feel the presence of the USC and the activities/programs that it offers. Our FOUNDATIONS:
• PEOPLE. The people we work with and the people whom we work for – our cause.
• PRINCIPLES. The ideals that allow us to do what’s right and stand up for what we believe is right.
