𝗦𝗨𝗥𝗩𝗘𝗬 𝗣𝗔𝗧𝗥𝗢𝗟 | The Department of Agrarian Reform Municipal Office (DARMO) of Rapu-Rapu facilitated the conduct of subdivision surveys for two landholdings in Rapu-Rapu, Albay on September 24–26, 2026, as part of the implementation of the SPLIT Project.

The first subdivision survey was conducted on September 24–25 in Sagrada/Calanaga, covering Lot No. 1502 with an area of 9.9174 hectares. The second survey was conducted on September 26 in Caracaran, covering Lot No. 2197-A with an area of 4.999 hectares. These subdivision surveys aim to facilitate the parcelization of the landholdings and serve as a significant step toward the issuance of individual titles to the agrarian reform beneficiaries (ARBs).

The survey activities were undertaken by the Engr. Bergonio Survey Team, headed by Engr. Alyssa Cao, and assisted by DARMO Rapu-Rapu, headed by MARPO Engr. Cenn D. Nuyda.

Following the findings during the survey in Sagrada/Calanaga, a follow-up mediation will be conducted to address the matters identified during the survey.

𝗜𝗡 𝗣𝗛𝗢𝗧𝗢𝗦 | The Department of Agrarian Reform Municipal Office (DARMO) of Daraga, conducted a series of pulong-pulong for 152 Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries (ARBs) covering 50 Collective Certificates of Land Ownership Award (CLOAs) with a total area of 165.337 hectares for parcelization under the Support to Parcelization of Lands for Individual Titling (SPLIT) Project on September 22–24, 2026, at the covered courts of Barangays San Vicente Grande, Bascaran, and Salvacion, Daraga, Albay.

The activity aimed to assist and facilitate the ARBs’ issues and concerns in preparation for the conduct of the subdivision survey of the Collective CLOAs, which will pave the way for the final issuance of individual land titles. The 50 Collective CLOAs cover properties distributed across 21 barangays of Daraga, namely Alobo, Anislag, Banadero, Bagumbayan, Balinad, Bascaran, Bigao, Canarum, Ibaugan, Malabog, Mayon, Miisi, Nabasan, Namantao, Peñafrancia, Salvacion, San Rafael, San Ramon, San Vicente Grande, Tabon-Tabon, and Villahermosa.

The pulong-pulong provided an avenue for DAR personnel to explain the parcelization process, clarify concerns, and provide the necessary guidance to the ARBs prior to the subdivision survey. Facilitating the activity were Engr. Gerardo A. Ebrada, PARPO II/Project Manager; Engr. Noli O. Olitin, CARPO/Parcelization Component Coordinator; Fatima C. Pamplona, MARPO-DARMO Daraga; Bien Boy G. Abejuela, Legal Officer-DARMO Daraga; Danica M. Andes and Lalaine Aladano, ARPTs; Hazelle Honey B. Rejuso, TSS; Cherrelyn B. Kuan, LGU Daraga Municipal Office Representative; Engr. Linko A. Adolfo and Engr. Shaira Kaye E. Broñosa, Surveyors; together with the Punong Barangay and BARC Chairpersons of the respective barangays. Their participation helped ensure that the concerns of the ARBs were properly addressed as DAR moves forward with the parcelization of the CLOAs toward the issuance of individual titles.

𝐓𝐈𝐍𝐆𝐍𝐀𝐍 | Dalawang araw ang ginugol ng mga hurado para sa mabusising deliberasyon at paghuhusga sa mga pelikulang kalahok sa PelikulAgraryo 2026 ng Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) Bicol na isinagawa mula ika-23 hanggang ika-24 ng Setyembre, 2026 sa conference room ng panrehiyong opisina sa Regional Government Center, Rawis, Legazpi City.

Tampok ang siyam na kuwento para sa agrarian reform beneficiaries organization (ARBO) at agrarian reform beneficiary (ARB) mula sa pitong unibersidad sa Kabicolan.

Binubuo ang lupon ng mga hurado ng mga dalubhasa sa larangan ng pagpepelikula, sining, at komunikasyon na nagsuri sa bawat pelikula ng mga kalahok na siyang masusing pinag-aralan batay sa teknikal, katangian, at kabuuang istorya ng mga obra.

Sa ngayon, inaasahan na maitatanghal ang pinakakarapat-dapat na film entry na siyang magrerepresenta sa rehiyon para sa pambansang antas ng kompetisyon.
