𝐏𝐔𝐁𝐋𝐈𝐂 𝐀𝐃𝐕𝐈𝐒𝐎𝐑𝐘

The Philippine Coconut Authority (PCA) Region V informs the public that the 𝐑𝐞𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐅𝐞𝐞 for every coconut tree to be cut is hereby adjusted pursuant to the 𝐑𝐞𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐈𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐑𝐮𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐑𝐀 𝟖𝟎𝟒𝟖, 𝐚𝐬 𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐝 𝐛𝐲 𝐑𝐀 𝟏𝟎𝟓𝟗𝟑, 𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝟕(𝐜), which increases the previous fee of Php 50.00 to 𝐏𝐡𝐩 𝟏𝟎𝟎.𝟎𝟎, 𝐞𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐉𝐮𝐧𝐞 𝟗, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔.

In accordance with the same law, a 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐢𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐂𝐮𝐭 issued by the PCA is required for every coconut tree that will be cut, except for trees located within existing powerline corridors covered under RA 11361.

𝐓𝐈𝐍𝐆𝐍𝐀𝐍: Matagumpay na naisagawa ang 𝐂𝐅𝐈𝐃𝐏 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐖𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐂𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐢𝐠𝐧 na ginanap sa Brgy. Muladbucad noong Hunyo 8, 2026. 150 𝐫𝐞𝐡𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐜𝐨𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐮𝐭 𝐟𝐚𝐫𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐬 mula sa iba’t ibang barangay sa munisipyo ng Guinobatan ang lumahok sa nasabing programa.

Ang aktibidad na ito ay isinagawa upang maghatid ng mga serbisyong pangkalusugan at suportang pangkaligtasan sa mga magniniyog, bilang bahagi ng pagtugon sa mga epekto ng pagputok ng Bulkang Mayon, kung saan ang Bayan ng Guinobatan ay kabilang sa mga lugar na naapektuhan.

Ang programa ay inorganisa at pinangunahan ng PCA Region V and PCA Albay/Catanduanes, katuwang ang Municipal Agriculture Office - MLGU Guinobatan, PAFC Albay, Chairperson Rene Delos Reyes at Sectoral Committee Chair on Coconut, Mr. Marlon Medes, Albay Provincial Local Government Unit, Albay Provincial Agriculture Office sa pamumuno ni Mr. Daryl John O. Buenconsejo, Provincial Agriculturist, na inirepresenta ni Mr. Eduardo Allorde, Technical Consultant on Agriculture and Food Security, at ang Pamahalaang Barangay ng Muladbucad, Guinobatan, Albay.

Sa pamamagitan ng CFIDP Health and Wellness Campaign, patuloy na isinusulong ng PCA Region V ang kapakanan at kalusugan ng mga magniniyog bilang pagkilala sa kanilang mahalagang ambag sa industriya ng niyog. Ang inisyatibong ito ay patunay ng patuloy na pagkalinga at suporta ng pamahalaan upang mapaunlad hindi lamang ang kabuhayan kundi maging ang pangkalahatang kalagayan ng ating mga coconut farmers.

Nagsagawa ang Philippine Coconut Authority (PCA) ng Nursery Monitoring and Inspection sa ilalim ng Coconut Farmers and Industry Development Plan (CFIDP) – Coconut Planting and Replanting Program (PCPP) Option III sa iba't ibang bayan ng lalawigan ng Sorsogon:

𝐓𝐈𝐍𝐆𝐍𝐀𝐍: 2,640 rehistradong magniniyog at kanilang pamilya mula sa mga GIDA Barangays sa iba't-ibang probinsya ng rehiyong Bicol ang nakatanggap ng serbisyong medikal hatid mula sa isinagawang Mobile Health Service sa ilalim ng CFIDP Health & Medical Program na pinangunahan ng PCA Region V at PCA Provincial Offices noong ika 16-30 ng Mayo taong 2026.

Kabilang dito ang Sta. Magdalena, Sorsogon, Dimasalang, Masbate, Buhi at San Fernando, Camarines Sur at Labo, Camarines Norte.

Kaisa sa pagbibigay serbisyo sa isinagawang aktibidad ang mga partners at stakeholders na binubuo ng MLGUs (MAO, RHU at MSWD) at BLGUs.

Layunin ng CFIDP Health and Medical Program na mailapit ang mga serbisyong medikal para sa mga magniniyog at kanilang pamilya para sa matatag, masagana at progresibong industriya ng niyog at magniniyog sa bansa.

𝑷𝒐𝒍𝒊𝒔𝒉𝒆𝒅 𝒀𝒐𝒖𝒏𝒈 𝑪𝒐𝒄𝒐𝒏𝒖𝒕 — husk fully or partially removed, leaving a clean cone cover to protect the germination pores
