Please be informed that there will be NO TRANSACTIONS at all COMELEC offices in Albay on August 20, 2026 (Thursday).

This is in connection with the conduct of Salu-Salu at Sulyap sa Kasaysayan at COMELEC Region V, Rawis, Legazpi City.

Regular transactions will resume on August 21, 2026 (Friday).

The Commission on Elections, Office of the Provincial Election Supervisor, Albay joins the nation in observing the 48th National Disability Rights Week from July 17–23, 2026.

This year's theme, "Rights First, Legislation Forward – Strategic Action for Equal Participation and Inclusive Development," reminds us of the importance of promoting equal rights, accessibility and meaningful participation for persons with disabilities in all aspects of society, including the electoral process.

COMELEC Albay remains committed to providing accessible, inclusive and voter-friendly election services so that every eligible Filipino can exercise their right to vote with dignity and without barriers.

Isinasagawa ngayong araw, Mayo 5, 2026, ang Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDL) Registration bilang bahagi ng patuloy na pagsisikap na matiyak ang karapatan ng bawat kwalipikadong mamamayan na makapagparehistro bilang botante.

👥 Layunin ng aktibidad na:
✔️ Mabigyan ng pagkakataon ang mga PDL na makapagparehistro
✔️ Mapalawak ang voter inclusion at accessibility
✔️ Matiyak na walang maiiwan sa demokratikong proseso
